If you are an EU citizen, then it is easy to move to Spain and work in
Spain. No special visas or permits are required. EU citizens can move
between EU countries and work in any EU country quite legally.

sure that you receive all of the benefits you are entitled to. You will
need form E121 to register for free healthcare in Spain.
